Apparel company Carter's announced a voluntary recall of more than 50,000 footed pajamas for infants because they may contain tiny metal wire pieces that could cut children.
The recall covers the Infant's Yellow Footed Fleece Pajamas with Animal Graphic in children's sizes 12M, 18M, and 24M.
Carter's said that the recalled pajamas were sold between July 2022 and September 2022 and are labeled with the style code 1O102410 on the front care tag sewn on the inside of the clothing.
They were sold online at carters.com and retail stores across the country, including Belk, Boscov's, Carter's, Kohl's, and Macy's.
There have been no reports of injuries due to the issue.
You can return the pajamas to Carter's store or request a refund by filling out the form here.
"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our consumers and appreciate their understanding in this matter," the company said in a statement.
