The USPS estimates that 99.89% of mail-in ballots will be delivered to their respective counting sites within a week, with an average delivery time of about a day and a half. As we approach Election Day, the USPS is deploying extraordinary measures, including extra delivery and pickups, to accelerate the delivery of ballot mail.
